Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or creating an account on bapesnetwork, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website or purchase any products.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers. bapesnetwork reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: 2026.

Use of the Site

You may browse, configure, and purchase silicone dolls for personal or commercial collection purposes. Resale of bapesnetwork products is permitted provided you do not misrepresent the product's origin, authenticity, or condition.

Liability

bapesnetwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delayed shipment, or third-party carrier failure. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected order.

Products are intended for adult collectors. bapesnetwork accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper handling, exposure to excessive heat, or use inconsistent with the care instructions provided with each shipment.

Intellectual Property

All sculpt designs, product photography, catalog descriptions, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of bapesnetwork. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

bapesnetwork provides all products and services on an as-is basis. No warranty, express or implied, is given beyond what is stated in the product listing and the accompanying certificate of authenticity.

Warranties do not cover color fading caused by UV exposure, damage from improper storage, or modifications made to the doll after delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Third Parties

bapesnetwork uses third-party logistics providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. These parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or data practices.

Security

All payment transactions on bapesnetwork are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Account passwords are hashed and never accessible in plain text.

Your Rights

You have the right to cancel a standard order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not begun. Custom orders follow the separate custom order cancellation policy detailed in your order confirmation email.

Changes to Terms

Material changes to these Terms and Conditions will be announced via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of bapesnetwork after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Effective from: 2026.
